RCS recognizes the need for immediate support for your PC whether it is at your residence or at your commercial small business - the rate is still the same. Please review some of the features and benefits of our service agreements and choose a plan that best suits your individual need.

  • Hourly rates are locked in for the life of the agreement you purchased.
  • If additional hourly rates are needed, hourly rates are discounted according the to package you purchased.
  • Increased security from spyware, viruses and hackers since it will be monitored closely.
  • Have an advocate for new software and hardware technologies.
  • An advisor to weigh in the pitfalls of your current configuration.
  • Ensure backups are being performed properly.
  • Install and configure software correctly.
  • Remote Assistance
  • Same day or next day service.
  • Contract is not bound to only one PC but to the location (e.g. can be used for your laptop or 2nd computer that you own)
