from RCS

  • Call or e-mail us to schedule an appointment
  • We charge a $30.00 estimate and diagnostic fee for systems brought in for repair.
  • We will provide you with a written estimate of repair.
  • Accept or deny the estimate of repair.
  • When the work is completed we will schedule an appointment for you to come in. We will explain the repairs we performed..

Mail-In Repairs

RCS Provides Mail in computer repair service with a fast turn around time.

How it works:
Complete and email the service request form and We will contact you to confirm a shipping date.

You will insure & ship your PC and will diagnose, and provide you with a written estimate of repair.

You can accept or deny the estimate.

When work is completed we will call you requesting payment through Pay Pal. Your PC will be shipped the next business day.
