Obtaining Service
from RCS
  • Fill out the service order form below
  • Call or e-mail us to schedule an appointment
  • We charge a $30.00 estimate and diagnostic fee for systems brought in for repair.
  • We will provide you with a written estimate of repair.
  • Accept or deny the estimate of repair.
  • When work is completed we will schedule an appointment for you to come in and we will explain the repairs we performed to your system.

On-site Service

Tired of carrying your PC to a repair shop only to wait weeks to have it serviced?

RCS does provide on-site service but it would be impossible to provide a hardware diagnostics. some times it can be very labor intensive if you do not have high speed internet or if your experiencing hardware failure so there may be times when we might suggest for us to bring the computer back to our shop for repair and when completed we will set it back up at your home or office for a nominal fee.

Mail-In Repairs

RCS Provides Mail in computer repair service with a fast turn around time.

How it works:
Complete and email service request form and We will contact you to confirm a date for you to ship the product.

You will insure & ship product to us and we will then diagnose and provide you with a written estimate of repair.

You will accept or deny the estimate.

When work is completed we will call you requesting payment in the form of a money order or through Pay Pal. When the bank has dispersed funds to our account, we will ship your product the next business day.
