RA will enable you to have a tech support person to assist you when it is convenient for you in the comfort and privacy of your own home this service is only offered to current RCS customers.

RA a provides a secure method for us to connect to your PC to attempt to address your issues before we send out a technician or have you bring in your PC.

 

How it works:

• Call us for assistance.
• For best results you should have high speed broadband (e.g. Internet though the cable or DSL)
• Fill out the Service Order Form.
• You will be instructed to download the appropriate files (listed below) and install them on your PC.
• You will then "call for control".
• We charge $40.00 per incident.
• If the issue was not resolved we will schedule an appointment to address the issue.
